THE TARGETED TECHNOLOGICAL WAR OF DECEPTIVE VICE

The term "Targeted Individual" (TI), is becoming widely known in the United States, Canada, and the World over. To define what the Targeted Individual goes through, is not simple to describe. For many TI's experience different degrees of harm, and oppression. Gang Stalking, Gas Lighting, Mocking, Psychological Mind Games, Sickness, No touch torture - Microwave Direct Energy Weapons (DEW), Voices in their head-synthetic telepathy, V2K - reference "Micro-Wave Auditory Effect" or the "Frey Effect", named after American neuroscientist, Allen H. Frey, who published information on the capability (wikipedia).

A few noted TI witnesses include testimony by Lisa Becker from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who experienced torture, DEW weapon attacks. Becker testified before Bioethic Commission, of the vast harm and detriment of this technology. Another witness is John St. Clair Akwei, who is supposed to have sued and stopped the NSA in Federal Court in 1991. A more recent lawsuit 2014-2015, being Watterson verses Aro,, honorable judge, Gafowski, Superior Court of California, with an expert affidavit given by Levi J. McCann dated June 20, 2014. NSA whistle blower, Thomas Drake, CBS investigative Journalist, Sharyl Attkisons,and author of the book, "Stonewalled: My Fight for Truth Against Forces of Obstruction, and Harassment in Obama's Washington", have offered up documented accounts of many such crimes. All of which provide proof and testimony, that this advanced, harmfully destructive, spying surveillance technology is available. And being used, by those whose minds are filled with evil, criminal intent in order to silence those who desire truth and justice for all.

Another well known TI is Harlan E. Girard, who has been a leading voice in the wilderness of TI's experience of stalking, surveillance, and harassment. Girard thinks the reason he became targeted was due to a few negative comments concerning a political candidate. Cointelpro tactics have far surpassed ages past, as this technology is highly developed and stealth. With torture being an operative function in order to silence and destroy the TI. So horrific is the scope of pain, abuse, and suffering, that many TI's have committed suicide as a means to end the turmoil.

Because I have experienced the gang stalking/cause stalking and harassment problems first hand I can honestly proclaim, "We are living in the last days. And I am deeply grieved within my spirit that this can and is happening." If you are a Targeted Individual you live surrounded by a mass effort of people who desire to cause you fear, intimidation, and harm. These stalkers, (handlers, perps, as they are termed on the Internet by many TI's), appear to be "Soul Less". They seem to have no conviction for the harm they cause. Many TI's claim they are often slandered, which is bearing false witness (a Ten Commandment sin). All stalking is a crime. Remember, God is on Your Side. You are His child, and He Loves You! - John 3:16-17. And His perfect love cast out all fear - 1 John 4:18.

TARGETS DEFENSE - WHEN UNDER ANY TYPE OF ATTACK

I have found anointing my home and land with oil, prayer, fasting, reading the Bible, listening to Holy Music of God, and to sincere Biblical inspired preaching helps confront oppression strongholds, instilling and reinforcing a sense of peace and tranquility. The late, David Wilkerson, Paul Washer, Michael Youssef, John MacArthur, are a few favorite preachers who yield forth spiritual insights that transform. Living a life free from sin is also a self defense effort God blesses. Obedience is better than sacrifice (1 Samuel 15:22). I also pray in the Spirit (2nd Chapter of Acts), as the Holy Spirit of God is our helper.

USE THE WORD OF GOD TO DEFEAT YOUR ENEMY. TURN YOUR FEAR INTO FAITH! 2ND CHRONICLES 13:1-18 , LEV. 2:13; NUM. 2:19. 2ND CHRONICLES 13:10, "But as for us, the Lord is our God, and we have not forshaken him...".

Death themes are a common threat in the gang stalking process as reported by many TI's. Do not let this cause you stress and anxiety. This is a mind game with a spiritual intent to destroy you. Do not let depression rule your life. Suicide is not an option as life is a gift from God. Praying for your attackers is a choice. A choice God does bless. For they are very lost souls in need of our Holy Father's grace, mercy, and love.

We, children of the "MOST HIGH GOD", are His beloved lambs. If there are those who are trying to harm and oppress you... God will help you endure the trials and tribulations that come your way. But woe to the one who is the cause of such destruction, as God proclaims they are cursed, void of His blessings.

WHY DO YOU THINK YOU HAVE BECOME TARGETED?

I believe I have been attacked and targeted for cause stalking due to being a whistle blower in a major lawsuit having to do with local government officials, two very large telecommunications corporations, and other related defendants/ individuals. I also have had an insurance payoff that was caused by the winter storm in January 2011, with problems collecting damages. This went on until I threatened lawsuit a day before the legal deadline to do so expired. These legal problems were simultaneous, and is "when evidence of my vast stalking problems began". Much of which has been police and legally court documented.

Many TI's claim they are plagued with V2k - Voice of God, Frey Effect, Synthetic telepathy with these same whisper in the mind's ear technology coming from a human source. Mimicking the voice of God, Holy Spirit, aliens, spirit guide entities, your dead relative, and higher self, depending on your belief system. Christians rely on the statues, precepts, and commandments of God within the word of God, which is God (John 1:1), not other worldly, deceptive, instructive voices.

I do not care what denomination or faith you belong to, this is a war against every Christian on the face of the earth. As reported by many TI's, there are many non Christians who have been targeted as well. Indeed, this is an attack on all humanity!

WHO DOES THE TARGETING AND STALKING?

God only knows as many such stalking crimes are done without detection. The one thing I do know is that there is a very evil spiritual dimension that is involved. Satan is behind many who call upon his name. Indeed, the book of Revelation In God's Holy Bible explains this process in that Satan will empower the Anti Christ.

INVESTIGATIVE REPORTING DONE BY * NICK BEGICH JR. - author of: "Angels Don't Play This Haarp", and "Controlling The Human Mind", outlines and defines in part, some of this mind control programming technology. He has provided numerous free articles, blog casts, youtube videos, interviews, with well documented research on V2k "synthetic voice in the mind" neurophone effects. As such he has provided a vailuable service to others, and well deserves our thanks for his noted investigative research.

However, Beware of Alterntive New Age - Pagan Belief Systems of Indoctrination. Nick Begich Jr., as evidence after my extensive, in depth review of his various alternative resources posted on the earthpulse website (books, articles, blog posts, videos), has been swayed by alternative spiritual evolution and the ascension process apart from the one true God, Jesus Christ, seemingly through the Hemi Sync mind control - entrainment process and other noted New Age deceptive concepts. Begich promotes Robert Monroe's "Hemi-Sync" brain wave technology training products, cds, dvds, which I do not endorse! As such technology is also a form of mind control that can introduce OBE's (out of body experiences - astral travel), which Monroe has written extensively about. And other dark, sinister, drastic side effects .

Begich Jr., lists various Hemi-Sync CD's for purchase on earthpulse.com with other worldly, transcendental, New Age/Occult titles such as "Gaia", "The Shaman's Heart with Hemi-Sync", "The Visitation", "Voyage to the Other Side", "Portal to Eternity", "Spirit's Journey", "Tribal Journey", "Indigo for Quantum Focus", "Mystic Realms", "Gateway Experience Wave", "Master Works", to name a few. These are occult mind-control products that can induce and open you up to demonic attacks and experiences as a result, as many such experiencers have warned and testified about.

* BEWARE OF HEMI-SYNC - (documentation quotes retrived 4-23-2015, from hemi-sync. com ) explained: Many people who have tried Hemi-Sync and other like binaural beat mind altering, lucid dreaming products, report such experiences in body sensations as; hearing or tasting, and "knowing". The technology incorporates the synchronization of the left and right hemisphere of the brain working together in which a state of coherence is achieved (Begich confirms the same in articles,podcasts, speaking endorsements).

Side effects can include: facilitation of deeper meditation - trance states, occult - Shaman practice of astral travel, OBE's , seeing manifesting entities/aliens, remote viewing, hypnotic trance states can often be induced and achieved. Many such Hemi-Sync products (which are very expensive), and exercises are said to help you create a hypnogogic state that borderlines between relaxation and sleep. Pink noise (swishing sound) is often heard as higher and lower frequencies enhance perception of Hemi-Sync sound patterns. So serious are these effects that warnings are listed to not drive while listening to Hemi-Sync, and persons who have problems with seizures, are advised not to use Hemi-Sync products , as it might not be beneficial. A doctors warning is even listed on the Hemi - Sync website.

After having said a prayer for protection, I personally listened to a short, free hemi-sync demonstration product online (around three minutes), and found the sound entrainment disturbing, with Robert Monroes' voice inflection, tone, rhythm and cadence, annoying and seemingly, intentionally hypnotic. This is a product that sounds aggravating to the senses, unlike the use of the soft tones of Harp or lyre music, as mentioned being soothing in the Bible ( Psalm 49:4). There are many musical instruments that can be used as therapeutic tools to ease stress and anxiety. The word of God, being meditated upon, is a prime source of spiritual strength, protection, and inspiration.

GUARD YOUR HEART AND MIND, SAYS GOD: As Christians we must beware of such practices that induce mind altering results and sensations, as God tells us to "protect our minds with His word" (Is. 26:3; 2 Cor. 10:3-6; Rom. 12:2: Phil. 4:8; Prov. 4:23), not experiment with technology that can change/induce our minds. God's will is that we lean on His word which is the only ordained method of mind instruction that He endorses (Rom. 12:1-3; Col. 3:1-3; Ep. 4:17-24) . As we hide God's word in our hearts and minds, our minds are renewed, bringing peace, health, healing, and blessings (Phil 4:6-9; Is. 26:3; Pro. 16:7; John 14:27; Eph. 6). The Holy Spirit of God lives and dwells within each of His children, providing all the spiritual guidance and intuitive direction we need (Pro. 3:6).

I have read other Targeted Individuals witness of these accounts. I do believe some of the witness accounts coming forward are now being proven true, this "Nikola Tesla" inspired technology could date as far back as 1930's-40's. A few in the know about this technology are beginning to come forward with books about both the direct energy weapons being used and the no touch torture.

I have experienced vast stalking, surveillance, lights being flashed in my windows (termed "Brighting"), gaslighting (rearranged furniture), home, car and land vandalism, break ins (both car and home), ongoing computer and phone hacking.

SPIRITUAL SELF DEFENSE:

For Christians, the best way to defeat any attacks on your heart, mind, and soul, is by using the word of God as your defense, just as Jesus did when he was tempted by Satan. Ask for God's protection in prayer and by the Power of His Holy Spirit, and His Holy name "Jesus", any negative, evil attempts or force, person, aimed against you will not prevail in the end.

The Bible relates the story of Paul who was placed in prison during a dangerous time of his life. Paul did not lament in his trial, but rejoiced in praise of God's love and sovereign power. Our life on earth is most often filled with problems, trials, and tribulations. But we as Christians know, God is in control, no matter our circumstance. Always remember, God has a specific assignment for each of His children, the Lambs (Jere. 1:5). We as Christians are called by God to be His witness and fulfill His chosen destiny for our life.

FBI, CIA, NSA, LOSS OF PRIVACY?

Is the FBI, CIA and NSA involved? According to Edward Snowden, Yes! Spying with the loss of privacy being the end result. Big Brother is watching, but make no mistake about it, GOD is watching Big Brother! The human mind and soul are not negotiable. In the end, God is, and always will be in control.

"SPIRITUAL DANGERS OF THE 21st CENTURY" BY FATHER JOSEPH M. ESPER, "THE SHADOW GOVERNMENT" BY GRANT JEFFERY

Father Joseph M. Esper's book, "Spiritual Dangers of the 21st Century" and "The Shadow Government" by Grant Jeffery, covers the topic, and details humanity being subjected to inescapable surveillance. Some of which is on the fringe of common thought, yet much is proven. While many of Jeffery's biographical notes are dated, new investigative researchers and the testimony of those targeted by "no touch torture - Dew weapons" prove he was both accurate and discerning.

The massive use of radio frequency identification (RFID) chips, most of them networked together in auto mobiles, roadways, appliances, cell phones, drivers licenses, credit cards, SMART cards, pipelines, doorways of public buildings and private homes, items of clothing, pharmaceuticals, livestock and pets.

I would be remiss to not include human subjects, who are, and have been, illegally micro-chipped. Since the Patriot Act was signed (October 26, 2001), by former President George W. Bush, there are those who claim such illegal measures of surveillance crimes have, and are increasingly happening. Indeed, such claims are touted as happening "world wide." Human implant micro-chipping is straight out of the book of Revelation, in the Holy Bible.

Organized crimes involving micro-chipping of humans, and covert electronic surveillance, is not uncommon in the twenty-first century in which we live. There are now many individuals who have come forward with such witness accounts. Their books, and stories, not only being marketed fpr purchase, but many for free, posted on paid private websites, in hopes of alerting the public, "world wide." One such person, being Swedish, Nano brain implant victim, Magnus Olsson (Mind Tech Research). An American implant victim, Michael F. Bell, also speaks out against this crime within his book, "The Invisible Crime."

There are also many individuals who proclaim the same "mind control" program being conducted via Geo-Engineering (chemtrail seeding effects), as being at cause (reference book - "Chemtrails, Haarp, and the Full Spectrum Dominance of Planet Earth" by Elana Free).

Other measures of surveillance include high speed cameras at Red Lights, railroad crossings, pedestrian crosswalks, shopping malls, convenience stores, and facial recognition technology. All of which are common means of monitoring the public in the 21st Century in which we live.

I am glad I am one of the"Targeted" (as many out spoken Christians, activists, and whistle blowers appear to be), for I rather live in the light of the truth rather than live in the dark about what is occurring. I know God is with me, He goes before me, and no matter what comes my way, He is my source and strength.

God has his reasons for allowing these things to happen (Romans 8:28). Rather than falling prey to victim mentality I feel empowered by the Holy Spirit and God's word to defeat any harm that may come my way. As for death, if God decides to call me home to Heaven, I am ready to Go. Gang stalkers and their programed crimes filled with evil agenda, are God's children too, they just refuse His love. Instead they are blinded by greed, power, and control. It is sad, for nothing in this world can we take with us.

Being Targeted reminds me of childhood bullying and harassment. It is sad that adults are taking part in such evil against innocent fellow human beings. God help us all. And God does help us when we turn to Him. Then there is the aspect of Angels and Demons, which as every Christian who believes in the word of God, knows to be true. Demonic, Satanic agendas desiring to do you harm are a reality in this life (Ephesians 6:12-13). But we must remember, as in the story of Job in the Bible, God allows these things to happen for a reason.

Being "Targeted" has caused a growth shift in my spirit armor. A stronger deadication to God's calling upon my life. In one word, these experiences have "empowered" me. We in the end have Victory in Jesus! Our Savior forever. Yes, Satan may win a battle or two, or three, or four. But we as Christians are United in God's glory, knowing "WE WIN THE WAR!"

HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT YOUR STALKERS?

I feel sorry for them all. I have a spiritual burden for them. For what has happened to me could happen to them, their children, their family members, and friends. Do they wish their life to be void of privacy replaced by fear, torture, oppression? Do they desire to live in a human, experimental pool much like Georgia Orwell's dystopian novel, "1984" (written in 1949) predicts, or author, Gloria Naylor's "1996" TI account proclaims?

I pray for my gang stalkers, I try to help them with my prayers. I invite you to pray for all "Targeted Individuals"and the "Gang Stalkers" and other world leaders involved in these crimes against humanity too. I have read about the Patriout Act and legal ramifications that could allow such crimes to occur. Witness, Eleanor White, accounts also shed light on some of the serious, legal problems involved.

Many people were targeted and now target others. The targeted in the past do not want to ever experience being targeted in the future! In one word, they become "scared." God gives us a hope and a future (Jere. 29:11). Not a spirit of fear, intimidation, and strife. He also states clearly in His word, He will bless those who bless the Lambs and curse those who do us harm (Gen. 12:3).

WHAT WOULD YOU TELL FELLOW TARGETED INDIVIDUALS?

Do not fear what man can do to you. Accept Jesus Christ as Your Personal Savior, and He will help you fight all your battles in life! The Holy Spirit of God will be your helper. Without Jesus, your strength to fight these battles against your life, mind, soul, and spirit, is weak. With God you can do all things - Philippians 4:13.

We as Christians can put on the armor of God (Eph. 6). We are to use God's word to defeat the enemy. And we are to strive to live blameless lives so Satan can not gain a strong hold.

2nd Chronicles 20:15, "Do not be afraid nor dismayed because of this great multitude, for the battle is not yours, but God's."

YOU MENTIONED "THE WATCHMEN". DO YOU THINK THERE ARE ANY CHRISTIAN WATCHMEN LOOKING OUT FOR THE TARGETED INDIVIDUALS?

YES! THERE ARE GOOD AND EVIL PEOPLE IN ALL WALKS OF LIFE. SOME WHO SERVE JESUS CHRIST OUR LORD, OTHERS WHO SERVE THE DARK SIDE, AND SATAN HIMSELF.

God always sends his Children to fight for the good of those who love the Lord and are called according to His purpose. I have firm resolve and reason to believe this is so. As I was rescued by one of "The Watchmen" for good, who I know without a doubt God sent to save me from dire harm. God will help his Children, and He has never let me down. While we may give up on God, He never gives up on us!

SATAN'S PLAN FOR OUR CHURCHES - CHRISTIANS NEED TO WAKE UP TO SATAN'S AGENDA

On a sad note, I also think there are many, very evil, dark, people, with Satanic Agenda entering our churches pretending they are good. God warns us in the last days to not be deceived. This is what is happening on a grand scale in many of our churches. High leaders within the church are working for Satan? Yes, this does happen.

SIGNS TO WATCH OUT FOR:

Does your church promote "Entertainment" and "Networking" as their main point of Interest? Does your church seem to have a "Hollywood" type atmosphere? Or is the Holy Spirit and God's word proclaimed? Is there a Cross displayed in your church? Does your church promote new emergent and liberal theology, whereby all sin is accepted as normal? Is God touted as "Santa Clause" making all your dreams and wishes come true, through seed time and harvest blessings?

If so, Beware. Look, Listen, and Wake up to the reality all around you. Your life and the lives you influence (including your children's lives) are at stake. God calls us to become more like Him, each and every day. This is the sanctification process we are to live as born again Christians.

A PRAYER FOR TARGETED INDIVIDUALS

Dear Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ,

You know what is happening across the world, and by your word, the Holy Bible, you warn us such things would occur in the last days. That Deception would be a sign of the end times. I pray you guard the hearts and minds of all Targeted Individuals, who call upon your name.

Usher in the power of the Holy Spirit, as their helper.

Let them feel peace where there is strife, and fear.

Let them be comforted by your Holy Word. Let them sleep, and find rest for their weary soul. Let them meet their monetary goals. Give them food and shelter Lord.

I pray the demonic source of their problems, be hindered and bound to halt, in Jesus name. As confirmed by your word Lord, no weapon formed against your Children can prosper.

I pray this Anti Christ spirit and end time agenda not harm your Children. That your protection, grace, and mercy, go forth to all the Targeted Individuals who claim you as their Lord and Savior.

I pray you arm them with strength for the battle as confirmed in Psalm 18:39.

I ask you Lord and Savior, to not let their heart faint, nor be afraid - Deuteronomy 20:3.

I pray as confirmed in Psalm 34:4, that when they seek you, you let them know in a very real way that you heard their prayers and are delivering them from all their fears.

Most of all I pray all Targeted Individuals learn to trust you in faith, believe in your Word, and seek to do your will.

For I know Lord, those who seek you, will find you.

Father, I thank you for letting me join the ranks with the "Targeted Individuals Across the World". For in my suffering and pain, I am learning by faith, to trust You more!

For when we are weak, with you God, then we are strong.

Send your "Watchmen" Lord, and Angels of protection, to help the lost and weary.

I ask these things in your Holy Name, Jesus Christ, in accordance "WITH YOUR Will", and by the Power of Your Word and Shed Blood,
